Ground looker

I first saw this guy when I moved to austin in 1994. I call him the
ground looker because I see him around the neighborhood all the time
and he us always looking at the ground. He goes around picking up
coins and whatever else he finds I guess. I love seeing him, he is a
part of living here for me.
